By accessing our website, booking our wedding venue, or staying in our Airbnb windmills, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Use of the Website

• You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only.
• Content on this website (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Domaine Des Moulins and may not be copied or used without permission.
• We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time.

2. Venue Booking Terms

2.1 Reservations & Payments

• A booking is confirmed only when a deposit is received and a contract is signed.
• The remaining balance must be settled by the date specified in your contract.
• Prices may vary depending on season, day, and selected services.

2.2 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing.
• Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your contract.
• Late cancellations may incur additional charges to cover reserved dates and services.

2.3 Event Regulations

• The client is responsible for the behavior of guests and service providers present at the venue.
• Any damage caused to the property, grounds, or equipment will be charged to the client.
• Noise levels must respect local regulations and neighborhood guidelines.
• Use of outside vendors (caterers, photographers, decorators, etc.) must comply with venue rules.

2.4 Weather & Outdoor Areas

• Domaine Des Moulins is not responsible for weather conditions.
• Outdoor activities are subject to change or relocation for safety reasons.

3. Airbnb Windmills — Rental Terms

3.1 Check-In & Check-Out

• Standard check-in and check-out times apply unless agreed otherwise.
• Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges.

3.2 House Rules

Guests agree to follow all posted House Rules, including:

• No smoking inside the windmills
• No unauthorized parties or additional guests
• Proper care of furniture, appliances, and provided amenities
• Respect for neighbors and surrounding nature

3.3 Damages & Security

• Guests are financially responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
• A security deposit may be required, depending on the booking platform.

3.4 Booking Through Airbnb

• When booking through Airbnb, Airbnb’s terms, policies, and payment system also apply.

4. Liability

4.1 Guest/Client Responsibility

• Clients and guests must ensure their own safety during events or stays.
• Domaine Des Moulins is not liable for accidents, injuries, lost items, or personal property damage unless caused by our negligence.

4.2 Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Extreme weather
• Power outages
• Government restrictions
• Strikes
• Unexpected emergencies

In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or find a fair solution where possible.

5. Payments & Fees

• All payments must be made through the agreed methods (bank transfer, online payment, Airbnb, etc.).
• Late payments may result in penalties or cancellation of your reservation.

6. Photography & Media

• Professional photography or videography during events must be approved.
• We may request permission to use photos of your event for promotional purposes; this will never be done without your written consent.

7. Privacy

We collect and protect your personal information according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Lebanon.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Mount Lebanon.
